Spectrum Drylining was a key partner in the conversion of the Corn Exchange building from commercial premises to a 212 apartment building with studios and one and two-bedroom apartments that overlook the famous Liver Birds and Liverpool’s waterfront .
The project was commissioned by Stay City and features 24-hour reception, a Staycity café, in-house fitness room, guest laundry and on-site car parking among many other facilities.
