Every year Courtley Health & Safety chooses one organisation to be presented with its prestigious Courtley Health & Safety Award. It is presented to the company that has shown outstanding commitment to raising standards of workplace safety and has a positive health and safety culture.
The award not only recognises the effort made over the last 12 months but is also a small way for Courtley Health & Safety to thank them for making the world a safer place.

Courtley Health & Safety has worked with Spectrum since 2015 and they have always shown a positive and proactive approach to health and safety.
Spectrum has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring competence and excellence across all levels of the organisation. A large part of this has been through increased training of their workforce.
During these training sessions, delegates from Spectrum always engage well and attempt to make positive contributions to the learning experience.
As well as being regular attendees at our face fit testing open days; during 2018, Courtley Health & Safety has trained 16 delegates from Spectrum across a range of different subjects, including:

Courtley Health & Safety believes Spectrum is not just a great role model for their own industry, but for any organisation looking to improve the standards of health and safety within their business. The management team are constantly looking for ways to review and improve their performance.
This is often evident during routine site visits. When areas for improvement are identified, these improvements are put in place as quickly as possible; ensuring potential issues are swiftly resolved.
